Service & Delivery Policy

Tecknotic Budget SaaS is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. There are no physical goods to be delivered. This policy explains how, when, and through which channel our digital services are delivered to you upon successful purchase of a subscription plan.

1. Nature of the service

Our subscription plans grant you online access, via your account, to the Tecknotic Budget SaaS web application. The Service is delivered electronically over the internet — no software is shipped, downloaded, or installed.

2. Delivery channel

  • Plans are activated on the same registered account that completes the payment.
  • Access to paid features is granted by logging into your account at tecknoticbudget.com using the email and password you registered with.
  • A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with the order details, plan validity, and payment receipt.

3. Delivery timeline

  • Instant activation: In ordinary circumstances, your plan is activated within 2 minutes of successful payment confirmation by Razorpay.
  • Confirmation email: The order confirmation email is dispatched within 5–10 minutes of activation.
  • Maximum delivery time: In rare cases of payment-gateway delay or technical issue, plan activation may take up to 24 hours. If your plan has not activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact us at support@tecknoticbudget.com with your transaction ID and we will activate it manually or refund you in full.

4. What you receive

A successful purchase grants you access to all features of the Service as listed on the Pricing page, including:

  • Unlimited income and expense tracking
  • Monthly and category-wise reports
  • Search, filter, edit and delete entries
  • Mobile-responsive dashboard available 24×7
  • Priority email support

5. Plan validity

The validity period of your plan begins on the date and time of successful activation and runs for the duration shown on the Pricing page (1 day, 7 days, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year). Upon expiry, your account remains active but with paid features locked, and your data is fully retained — you can renew any time to regain access.

6. Service availability (uptime)

We target an uptime of 99.5% on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance. Maintenance windows are usually scheduled outside Indian business hours and announced in advance via email or in-app banner whenever possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, ISP outages, cloud-provider failures, etc.).

7. No physical shipment

As Tecknotic Budget SaaS is a 100% digital service, there is no physical product to ship. There are no shipping charges, delivery partners, courier tracking numbers, or postal addresses required for fulfilment. The only delivery address required at the time of purchase is your registered email address.

8. Issues with delivery

If you face any of the following:

  • Plan not activated despite a successful payment
  • Confirmation email not received
  • Wrong plan activated
  • Payment debited but order shows as pending

please email us at support@tecknoticbudget.com with your transaction ID. We will resolve such issues within 2 business days, either by activating your plan or refunding the payment as per our Refund Policy.
