At Tecknotic Budget SaaS we want every customer to be satisfied with our service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for paid subscription plans purchased on tecknoticbudget.com. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all paid plans available on our Pricing page. We offer two tiers:

Subscription Plans (refundable under the 7-day guarantee):

  • Basic — ₹199 / Month
  • Standard — ₹499 / 3 Months (Most Popular)
  • Pro — ₹999 / 6 Months
  • Premium — ₹1,799 / Year

Trial Access packs (non-refundable, evaluation only):

  • 1 Day Trial — ₹129
  • 7 Days Trial — ₹249

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Subscription Plans (Basic, Standard, Pro, Premium). If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial purchase.

Trial Access packs (1-day and 7-days) are non-refundable. These are short-term evaluation packs by design and access is delivered in full at activation. Customers who want a refundable option should choose any Subscription Plan.

3. Eligibility for refund

A refund will be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of the initial payment.
  • The account has not been used to violate our Terms & Conditions.
  • The reason for the request is genuine (e.g. service did not function as advertised, accidental purchase, dissatisfaction with the product).
  • You provide your registered email and order/transaction ID.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Request made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Account closed or terminated for breach of our Terms.
  • Plan was upgraded/downgraded mid-cycle.
  • Refund requested simply because the subscription period is unused, beyond the 7-day window.

4. How to request a refund

Email us at support@tecknoticbudget.com with the subject line "Refund request — <your registered email>". Include:

  • Your full name and registered account email.
  • Order ID / Razorpay payment transaction ID.
  • Date of purchase and plan name.
  • A short reason for requesting the refund.

5. Refund processing time

  • We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5 business days from the date of approval.
  • Once initiated, refunds typically reflect in your original payment instrument within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Refunds are processed in the same currency and to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Cancellation

Our subscriptions do not auto-renew, so you do not need to "cancel" to avoid being charged again. At any time, you can simply choose not to repurchase at the end of your current plan period and you will move to the free tier with the No-active-plan banner restored.

If you wish to delete your account entirely, please email us at support@tecknoticbudget.com from your registered address. Account deletion is permanent and will erase all your data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Failed or duplicate payments

If you are charged twice for the same plan due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full once verified. If a payment is debited from your account but the plan does not activate, please contact us with your transaction details. We will either activate your plan or process a full refund as appropriate, typically within 7 business days.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving any genuine concerns directly. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may delay resolution and can lead to suspension of your account.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revisions. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
