This is a digital SaaS subscription platform. Access is provided online; nothing is shipped or downloaded.

Are payments active?

No, payment gateway is currently under testing mode. No online payments are being collected at this time.

How will I be charged once payments go live?

Charges will be processed by our authorised payment partner (Razorpay) in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of applicable taxes. A receipt is emailed automatically.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

No. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will only be charged when you choose to renew at the end of the period.

Can I get a refund?

Subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Pro, Premium) come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Trial packs (1-day, 7-days) are non-refundable due to their short duration. See our Refund Policy.
