1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when you sign up.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@tecknoticbudget.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.

3. Description of Service

Tecknotic Budget SaaS provides an online platform for personal financial management. Features include income tracking, expense tracking, budgeting tools, reports, and other tools described on the Service. We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.

4. Subscription plans & payments

• Plans are listed on the Pricing page in two tiers — Subscription Plans (Basic, Standard, Pro, Premium) and Trial Access packs (1-Day, 7-Day) — with their respective duration and price in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Payments are processed via our authorised payment partner (Razorpay). You agree to provide accurate billing information.
• All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Plan benefits become active immediately upon successful payment confirmation and remain valid until the end of the chosen duration.
• Plans do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated; you must repurchase to continue benefits.
• Trial Access packs are short-term evaluation products and are non-refundable.
• For refunds on Subscription Plans, please refer to our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm other users.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

6. User content

You retain ownership of the financial entries and other content you create on the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload.

7. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, software, designs, and content on the Service are the exclusive property of Tecknotic Budget SaaS or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them except as expressly permitted.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Tecknotic Budget SaaS is a budgeting tool — it is not regulated investment, tax, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tecknotic Budget SaaS, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful. You may close your account at any time from the Settings page or by emailing support@tecknoticbudget.com.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tecknotic Budget SaaS from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
